Boiling cotton for rebuildables is simple and cheap. Boiling cotton is important because it not only sterilizes the cotton but eliminates the "cotton" taste.
We like to recommend organic cotton at your local pharmacy - Make sure it is labeled ammonia free.
Brand used: Swisspers Organic Cotton Balls Triple Size [Can be purchased at Walgreens/CVS] Check it out here
Step 1: Bring water to a boil
Step 2: Break apart the cotton balls
Step 3: Boil for 30 minutes and strain - Be careful if you choose to wring out the excess water by hand that you push the down down and do not twist it
Step 4: Either let the cotton air dry or use a blow dryer [high heat is fine]
