With that said, keep in mind we are unaware of your local laws and you, the customer, assume all shipping risk. Once the package leaves the United States, it is out of our hands and there is nothing we can do from that point. We use USPS to ship all international orders and If you order any e-juice, your customs form will be labeled as e-juice. We will not falsify or alter any documents. Any duties or value added taxes that may occur when you receive your package is to be paid by the customer. 

If you package is sent back to us, we will not refund you. PLEASE ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK. There is a chance that your order is confiscated. We are not responsible for these products if done so. 

It is vital that you familiarize yourself with your country’s e-cigarette and e-liquid customs, laws and regulations prior to ordering from WeVapeHere.com.

All items on WeVapeHere.com are listed in USD (United States Dollar). WeVapeHere.com is not responsible for currency conversions with your credit or bank card provider. Any currency conversion issues must be taken up with your credit or bank card provider and not WeVapeHere.com.

Shipping Content and Documentation

WeVapeHere.com is not held responsible for orders that are seized by customs or orders that are subject to any additional taxes or fees. We will not falsify any documentation or forms for any order to ensure it arrives to your chosen destination. We will fill out all forms honestly and thoroughly describing all contents in the package and each item’s individual value in accordance with US Federal Law. Any custom duty or import fees or taxes imposed on said package are to be paid for by the customer and not WeVapeHere.com

Refunds and Returns

For international orders, any packages that are lost or stolen will not be refunded by WeVapeHere.com. Any packages that are sent back to WeVapeHere.com as they are unclaimed or refused by your local country’s customs agency, will not be refunded.

For international orders, all sales are final. In the event any hardware shipped is damaged, the customer is responsible for filing a claim with USPS. In the event the hardware is defective, please call us directly at 1-714-350-7872 and we will help resolve the issue over the phone. In the event we ask you to send the product back, you are responsible for shipping. After receiving and inspecting the item, if we deem it is defective, we will refund your order minus cost of shipping. You are financially responsible for shipping the item back to WeVapeHere.com within 7 days of purchase.  Do not ship anything to us without first contacting us via phone and receiving email confirmation to ship back to us.
